Where we offer to repair a tool, we will tell you what we find and what it will cost before work begins, where practical. Repairs are carried out with reasonable care and skill. Please collect a repaired tool promptly once we tell you it is ready, and we will contact you before we make any other arrangement for it.

Goods we sell are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Manufacturer guarantees are separate and are provided by the manufacturer.
