We use this information to reply to you, check stock, quote for or carry out a repair, and arrange collection. Our lawful basis is that it is necessary to take steps at your request, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering customers and running a shop.
Phone and email
If you phone or email us we keep a record of what we need to deal with your request, such as your name, contact details and what you asked for. The lawful basis is the same.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need to deal with your request, and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you come back to us. Repair records may be kept longer where we need them for warranty or accounting purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is handled by the service providers described above, who act on our instructions. We share it with others only where the law requires it.
Your rights
